I had a wonderful experience with my service at Maris in Hanover, PA. All the employees were kind and professional. Steve did a great job getting my tire into their list of work for the day,and had the car ready before I expected. When I came back to do my lug nut recheck after 25 miles, Caleb was also extremely helpful in getting that quickly done by a technician. I don't remember the technician's name who rechecked the lug nuts, but he, too, was great. I will definitely recommend Mavis to other people and will bring back future business to them. Thank you for the great service and your wonderful employees!

Ronnie and team were great. Talked me through the issue I was having in detail and made sure I was comfortable with his suggestions on a fix. Ronnie also was transparent that there was a possibility that the issue was transmission related and may need more attention if his suggestions didn't fix the problem. I appreciated the honesty. The suggestions did fix the problem. The team in Hanover is always helpful and accommodating.
